Pagley`s Italian Restaurant in New Castle

Food wasn't bad, a little pricey and a little bland.

This was a great little restaurant. The family type very personal wait staff. Our meal were great shrimp and mussels in pasta was delicious.The lamb on a rod was cooked perfectly.We will be returning looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

First it was wonderful to dine out again. Dinner was great with very good wait staff. Compliments to the chef (Tony). Safe and Covid compliant. Well done!

Delicious always worth the hour wait

Food and service excellent....hostess very short tempered with staff...we was thanking our server for a great job and she came by our table and was barking orders at our server in the middle of our conversation....

AMAZING!!!! I could eat a bowl of just alfredo sauce with grilled mushrooms. Delicious.

This place was so slow. Ordered our pizza at 11:40, was told 25 minutes. Well at 12:30 still no pizza. Some employee who was off and there to pick up an order walked to the back and brought out our pizza. Was incredibly cold. And the flavor was so so. Not worth the hassle.

Never had a bad meal and I order pretty regularly! Food is always fresh and tastes great and their staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy.

We ordered a tray of lasagna for our Christmas Eve dinner. They charge $90 which I felt was a bit high but figured it would be high quality lasagna so it would be worth it. We picked up the tray around 11 am and proceeded to bake it for dinner around 7pm. When we peeled back the foil and cur into the lasagna we were surprised to find it had no sauce. Have you ever tried to find jar spaghetti sauce on Christmas Eve in New Castle????? Needless to say it ruined dinner for our family of 11. When I called to inquire about why were sold lasagna with no sauce the man that answered the phone told me he was sorry they were supposed to give us a quart of sauce. He didn't offer to refund any money just that we could pick up the sauce now. A lot of good it does me now. We will never eat here again!!!

Almost Everytime I call here for an order I get some lady who does nothing,but complain. It's extremely unprofessional.

When I visit New Castle this is on my must-do list every time love love love the Cavatelli and the fresh bread cannot wait to visit again for that reason alone

While I have to say the food quality and food was 5 star. The steak was Delicious but the staff and service all the way a round was different.

I think they have the best steak I've ever eaten. It was cooked perfectly and you could cut with a fork. All the people that work there are very nice. And there calamari OMG need I say more. Best restaurant in town.

Food good. No atmosphere. Seats hard as a board & look rough.New Castle ppl are "used to it", but those from out-of-town are probably a bit "put off" by this little hole in the wall.

Food was good but I was disgusted. HOSTESS SEATED US AT A DIRTY TABLE! We weren't the only ones, this is how they operate. Tables should be bussed before people are seated. There was a very big party seated adjacent to the VACANT bar. 25-30 people I'd say. The entire restaurant froze when their food was being delivered by 6 employees...a dinner in each hand!!! Not a tray to be seen where 1 person could've delivered 4 dinners at a time! Dirty tables EVERYWHERE. We would NEVER return! Atmosphere was horrendous too. Bare walls, no artwork to be seen. No music playing. A drab dirty place. If they offered a free dinner we would decline it. NEVER returning.

Soooooo good. Homemade everything . Great portions and happy friendly staff. Tour of Rome - almost couldn’t stuff the last bite !
